This year Evolve Rutland celebrates our eighth year of honoring women leaders from Rutland County and is co-sponsored by Social Tinkering and Euphoric Hair Experience. Evolve Rutland was founded by women and men to officially recognize women leaders in Rutland County to celebrate their significant contributions to the wellbeing of the community.
The honorees are chosen for going above and beyond in their places of business, making significant contributions for the wellbeing of the community as volunteers, setting an example as a woman leader, being an entrepreneur, persevering through tough times for the good of others, being willing to speak up for inclusion and frequently doing vital tasks that go unnoticed.
